Be aware! It's a scam. We arrived at the property at 4 PM, and there was no one at the reception. We waited for an hour, and then a person came up. He said they don't work with Booking.com, but he would try to find a room. I showed him the reservation, but he wasn't bothered at all. Then he said he had a room available. When we went there, it was dirty from the previous guests. The owner called and tried to excuse himself, saying they had no contract with Booking.com and that he could do us a favour if we waited for about two hours for the cleaners to clean it. I was furious, so we left. The major problem here is with Booking.com, not just the property or the owner. It's unacceptable for a platform like this not to check the accommodations they offer. I am still in the process of obtaining a refund for the additional costs that occurred.
